Understanding that we sin. As we know in the beginning our original parents were tested and tempted by the serpent. (Genesis 3) bringing sin into existence for all. Since our problem is sin and we are born into sin meaning that we are broken, lost, separated from God. Our duty as believers of Jesus is to believe in Him with obedience. In order to do this we have to understand fully in the Gospel and know that we can not do it on our own. Constantly praying and allowing Him to work in our lives. You have to understand that there are temptations and habits that you have to destroy. You have to let go. Amen. You have to convict yourself. The only name that set people free is Jesus Christ. Amen.

What is sin? It is the glory of God not honored. The holiness of God not reverenced. The greatness of God not admired. The power of God not praised. The truth of God not sought. The wisdom of God not esteemed. The beauty of God not treasured. The goodness of God not savored. The faithfulness of God not trusted. The commandments of God not obeyed. The justice of God not respected. The wrath of God not feared. The grace of God not cherished. The presence of God not prized. The person of God not loved. That is sin.
